Mrs. Maxine Hortence Hogarth likes her pink squirrels heavy on the "pink," hence the addition of cherry brandy.
1 oz* creme de noyaux 1 oz creme de cacao 1 oz cherry brandy 1.5 oz heavy cream
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake the hell out of it and then strain it into a chilled coupe glass. Alternately, you may pour it into whatever glass you have lying around. It's also permissible to skip straining altogether by shoving a straw into the shaker.
A lovely summertime variation is to replace the heavy cream with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Put all the ingredients into a blender whip until frothy.
